INSTANT CELEBRITY - FAMOUS FOR FIFTEEN MINUTES
The latest candidate for instant celebrity is the pilot of the Airbus 320 Flight 1549 that crash landed into the Hudson River close to La Guardia airport - Chesley B. "Sully" Sullenberger III. He did a fantastic job bringing the plane down and getting everybody off the plane alive.
He was also the last person to leave the place as it floated on the icy Hudson river, after checking the place twice to make sure that no-one was left behind.
The epitome of competence and integrity which has been sadly sacking around the world recently. Why isn't everyone like Captain Sullenberger ?
